EVRI LOGISTICS HUB
Project Overview
Mackay Carpentry was appointed by the main contractor to deliver the full internal fit-out of a new 1,000+ square metre warehouse facility for EVRi, one of the UK’s largest delivery and logistics companies. Located in Avonmouth, Bristol, the project involved transforming a newly built industrial shell into a fully functional depot — including offices, staff facilities, and operational workspaces.
Working to a tight four-month programme, our team managed a broad scope of works covering structural elements, service integration, and high-spec finishing. Despite the fast-paced nature of the build, the project was delivered on time, with design adaptability and consistent on-site coordination being key to its success.
